Junction 11 Soul Club first hit the soul scene in 2002, and soon became a firm favourite night out for 'soulies' right
across the country, with top soul promoter Kev Roberts naming J11 'The Number 1 Club in the New Millennium'.

The club has had several venues that its called 'home' over the years, and this is the second time for J11 at the Aquarius Ballroom.
Our first stint at the Aquarius proved too much of a success right on the first night however, taking the venue management by surprise, despite J11 making it clear to them what could be expected.
Things didn't get much better, and unfortunately set us on a course of very frustrating months at this wonderful venue.
J11 finally took the decision to go, and in all honesty were relieved to be away from the place.

This time around however, we have the Aquarius under new management and in the hands of a real professional, and someone who understands the needs and requirements for us to run a totally successful soul night.
It is because of assurances received; and confidence in the Aquarius' new management; that J11 have agreed to take on the running of soul nights here once again.
